Winter vacation inspection

Repair of heat pump which was done quickly and with minimum fuss. Service was excellent , great communications due to fact the service person was delayed a bit but we were kept informed.
The invoice was very reasonable and we will use them in the future again.

Service tech arrived at the appointment time and was great to work with. This was for a regular A/C service checkup. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant, he even helped determine where some insects were entering the house through the furnace air outlet to the outdoors. Definitely a great service in every way.

Serg arrived at his appointment time and went right to work checking our hvac system to make sure it is ready for cold weather. He changed the filter and inspected the unit making any necessary adjustments. We appreciate Serg and he is best.

MBHaynes and Chris came to our rescue after 4 days of no hot water. Chris did an exceptional job of diagnosing a problem of a fraid wire under the deck. After Rocky and his assistant came after the diagnosis crawled under a scary dirty deck and fixed the wire that was causing the circuit the fault. Thank you MB Haynes who also installed our furnace.

Have you noticed? They are all like this! Sort by 1-star and read the other reviews. Somehow, I wonder if corporate encourages the bad behavior. “Rush rush rush! Sell sell sell! Rush rush rush! YOU’RE LATE! You can type and drive! JUST GO GO GO! MAKE US MORE MONEY!”

Listen, all I’m saying is, If they’re this discourteous and negligent on the road, how do you think they’re gonna act when they’re at your house?

Jared and his partner did an excellent job at our home on electrical work! They worked hard, were punctual calling to let us know their eta, and were very kind and respectful! Even our Dachshund liked them! We highly recommend MB Haynes!

We switched from another HVAC company to Haynes about 19 months ago. We got a service plan. Twice a year they come out and service the system, check it all out, and answer questions. They are easy to schedule, show up on time, and are polite and cooperative. They will come out between visits if needed and will answer questions about system in between if needed. AND they guarantee the work. WELL WORTH THE MONEY.

Read my reviews over the last TEN years…yes ten years!! I’ll say it again: MB Haynes hires the most courteous and competent technicians of any company I know!! On the same day I had all new fire/CO2 alarms installed (Rocky and Cole) and the 6 month maintenance (Carson) on the heating/cooling system…you just cannot beat these guys. Somehow they manage to work efficiently while interrelating with us…sweet as can be…and cost effective. Just a terrific and trusted relationship over the years. Melanie

Haynes Electric has been out doing work on our property the past few days, and I’d like to tell you how it has gone.

The first day, two men showed up with a backhoe to dig a trench and lay some line in it. This involved tearing up a portion of our driveway, making it impassable for the majority of the day. At no point did they ask if I needed to move my car out of the carport before being blocked in, luckily I didn’t have anywhere to be. No big deal, just a lack of courtesy.

Several hours into the project, I went to do dishes, and realized the water was off. Again, a lack of courtesy, no notification that they needed to turn the water off. Imagine my horror, when I went outside to ask about the water after an hour or two and I’m informed that the backhoe operator hit a pipe, breaking the plumbing below the well pump. 26 hours of no running water later, I was fine, my anger washed down the shower drain.

The next morning, I hear a truck in my driveway. Both cars blocked in the carport this time. Again, a lack of common courtesy, no biggie. Now, imagine my surprise when the power goes out. Two kids, two adults, literally stuck in our home with no power, for over an hour. No warning, no knock on the door, didn’t even bother to yell up to me while I was out on the porch watching them work.

Their motto, emblazoned on the side of all their trucks is “Quality, Commitment, Character”

I have witnessed none of these things.

I haven’t even witnessed an ounce of care.

If you need electrical work done, I would recommend literally anyone other than this company.

Would give zero stars if I could.

I use Haynes Heating and Cooling for check ups on my heat pump. They do a great job and also use their yearly maintenance plan.

Furnace acting up and tech came next day and did great job. Happy it wasn’t anything but a critter in the fan!
