Your staff was both personable and professional. They did an excellent job, just a bit sloppy on their caulking. But they even laughed at my bad puns, service above and beyond the call of duty.

Read my reviews over the last TEN years…yes ten years!! I’ll say it again: MB Haynes hires the most courteous and competent technicians of any company I know!! On the same day I had all new fire/CO2 alarms installed (Rocky and Cole) and the 6 month maintenance (Carson) on the heating/cooling system…you just cannot beat these guys. Somehow they manage to work efficiently while interrelating with us…sweet as can be…and cost effective. Just a terrific and trusted relationship over the years. Melanie

Jared and Eric were here for the third time after I enrolled in the Indoor Wiring Service with Duke Energy. So far they have repaired a blown breaker and 2 different outlets. They are friendly and knowledgable. So far all of the service from M B Haynes through this plan has not cost me anything. The $1500 per year still has money left on it.

Randy and his partner were professional. Did a great job . They changed light switches and electric plugs out . I will be call again ..I have the inside wiring program with duke. They were the contractor to come out . Replaced 3 switches and a plug. Also went out and got replacement bulbs for t h e florescent ones for us .

Reset my Genrrac Solar inverter

For years I have relied on Haynes to maintain my heat pump and a/c. That time says a lot about my satisfaction with the company and its employees. Only one need has been unfulfilled recently: the replacement of a filter with odd measurements. It is available in Weaverville at only Ace Hardware, but in the past Haynes has furnished it and, I feel sure, will do so in the future.

HVAC maintenance good service. Quick and professional.

I've used MB Haynes for biannual HVAC preventive service for the past few years. Zack is our usual technician and he is always on time and efficient. He's very responsive to my questions and doesn't pressure me to decide on a course of action. Their fee for preventive maintenance is reasonable for the great service they provide. If you're looking for HVAC maintenance/repair, give MB Haynes a try, I'm sure you'll be satisfied.

I called for service on our heat pump system and the young man that came out was really nice but I had a hard time communicating with him because he was Hispanic and don’t speak Spanish and his English was not very good. He checked our system and concluded that it was low on refrigerant. I have never had one day of training on HVAC and I could have told him that as soon as he drove up in my driveway and saved $95.00! He didn’t add and refrigerant to my system but told me that my system was old, wow! I already knew that too! He said a sales representative would be in touch. That was the most wasted $95.00 service charge I have ever paid in my 72 years on planet earth. Of course I won’t be having MB Haynes put a new system in for me whenever I do start to replace this one. Another service provider came out and added refrigerant and it’s working fine! The salesman that called was very nice but I’m not ready to spend $16000 right now, especially with MB Haynes.

Our technician is excellent. He’s polite, efficient and does a thorough job each time he’s been here. Last week was our 6 month maintenance, but we also had an issue with a thermostat on one level not responding appropriately. He assessed the situation and had it taken care of within 15-20 minutes of being here.

Steven repaired a copper pipe to the heating and air conditioning system and is a great worker.

Haynes did their biannual maintennce on our heat pump system up in the mountains. It's nice to have reliable service that shows up at the designated time. and checks everything out.

Over the years we have used MB Haynes for different needs including electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues. They have always been courteous, professional, reasonable and thorough. Recently we had them update some breakers to revert a hot tub panel back to normal use. Jared and his helper did a great job! They were here on time, did the work quickly and efficiently and made sure everything was cleaned up when they left. He even called me back to answer a question I had. This type of work ethic is the reason we will continue to use MB Haynes in the future. I couldn't recommend them more highly!

They were great in scheduling and service!

Had an electric issue late on Friday afternoon. The on call person called back right away. When came time for the repair they were prompt and delayed by traffic on I26 and called to let me know that. Knowledgeable and affordable had the job done in no time. I would recommend and will use again in the future

The plumbers from MB Haynes did a great job - as always!! - of de-winterizing our Asheville home. When we returned from Florida, all the water was running in all the sinks and toilets - and we even had hot water in the showers!! They showed up on time and were so helpful and efficient. They moved my whole house filter to where I will be able to change it myself. They also bled the line to my refrigerator. Great guys! Thank you!

If you have electrical issues to address, I personally in my home and my business warehouse only uses MB Haynes. They show up ready to work, respectful of the property, they know what they're doing, and the prices are reasonable. Yes, I had an issue once which they addressed immediately without question. A great organization.

We have a maintenance agreement for our gas heat and heat pump. This service was for Sring maintenance. Technician was friendly and efficient.

M. B . Haynes always does a great job!

I am not a customer, but I am one of six home owners that paid the repercussions of a Haynes Electrical truck and trailer that blocked the road and prevented FCC trash service on Maynard Rd and Running Deer Rd. in Candler on 7 April 26. Driver of truck was inconsiderate. Putting cones out on a narrow road doesn't make it okay. Called Haynes Tuesday. No return call. Called Wednesday. No return call. Got a call from Ops Mgr on Friday. He said, "FCC will not return my call." "We're trying to get your trash picked up by FCC since it is our fault." Calling on a Friday isn't going to matter much if trash pick up is Tuesday. What, they are going to pick up on Monday and again on Tuesday? FCC said they didn't cause the interruption in service, so they had no obligation to return for service. Ops Mgr at Haynes let the issue ride out. Crickets! I guess Haynes doesn't care about doing people wrong. How would you (Haynes/Ops Mgr) feel if I prevented you from getting services you pay for? Guess it is okay, if it isn't you. Let me just go grab some more money off my non-existent money tree.
