This company came and installed a surge protector, contracted through Duke Energy. I wasn't home but the gentlemen did get in touch left a message that he had to cut electric off and to check my clocks. Looks like he did a good job. Thank you!

MB Haynes has serviced my HVAC system this year for standard preventative maintenance. I say “standard” because many companies simply breeze through a checklist, but MB Haynes does the opposite. Stephen came in the snow and ice to repair my Central Heat and air unit downstairs. He solved the problem and explained what he had done. He told me how to do maintenance on my whole system, things I did not know to do. He was pleasant and efficient. It saved me a lot of money as I thought I was going to have to replace the whole system. Haynes overall is fair and honest. You can trust them.

Repair of heat pump which was done quickly and with minimum fuss. Service was excellent , great communications due to fact the service person was delayed a bit but we were kept informed.
The invoice was very reasonable and we will use them in the future again.

I've recently used MB Haynes for some minor plumbing and electrical work at my house and highly recommend for both. The guys who came out each time were all really good - on time, let me know when to expect them, friendly and professional, took care of the projects pretty quickly and did nice work. Pricing was reasonable and completely transparent. The office crew who take care of scheduling were easy to reach and great to work with as well. This was our first service for semi-annual HVAC check ups on our Trane HVAV & Mitsubishi mini-split. The service person, Ladine (spelling?) was very professional and courteous. He obviously knew what he was talking about, communicated clearly about technical matters, and made some recommendations, etc.

Service tech arrived at the appointment time and was great to work with. This was for a regular A/C service checkup. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant, he even helped determine where some insects were entering the house through the furnace air outlet to the outdoors. Definitely a great service in every way.

MBHaynes and Chris came to our rescue after 4 days of no hot water. Chris did an exceptional job of diagnosing a problem of a fraid wire under the deck. After Rocky and his assistant came after the diagnosis crawled under a scary dirty deck and fixed the wire that was causing the circuit the fault. Thank you MB Haynes who also installed our furnace.

I have known about M B Haynes for many years. I always pictured them as the big company that only worked on very large projects. M B Haynes has diversified so much. They are covering all aspects of big companies needs to the residential needs. I am proud to have M B Haynes as our HAVC company for our home. The tech that came out was just wonderful. His name was Kenneth. He was extremely knowledgeable and even did some things to our system that have had not been talked to about. Crazy drivers. Too fast, too slow, not using turn signals, unsafe lane changes, always on their phones.

Have you noticed? They are all like this! Sort by 1-star and read the other reviews. Somehow, I wonder if corporate encourages the bad behavior. “Rush rush rush! Sell sell sell! Rush rush rush! YOU’RE LATE! You can type and drive! JUST GO GO GO! MAKE US MORE MONEY!”

Listen, all I’m saying is, If they’re this discourteous and negligent on the road, how do you think they’re gonna act when they’re at your house?
