OUTSTANDING!!
An outside water leak from around the water meter on my property. Messy and tedious digging to reach and repair the pipe.
Soon It became apparent that the cities’ pipes were also deteriorated, and within the hour, they had three water dept. trucks on site. They coordinated with the water department to return and replace the pipes and complete the job from their end.
Great guys and customer service…. Thanks!
I had gotten a quote from another plumbing company and was pleasantly surprised that, considering the scope of the job, their pricing was fair and considerably less.

MBHaynes and Chris came to our rescue after 4 days of no hot water. Chris did an exceptional job of diagnosing a problem of a fraid wire under the deck. After Rocky and his assistant came after the diagnosis crawled under a scary dirty deck and fixed the wire that was causing the circuit the fault. Thank you MB Haynes who also installed our furnace.

My technician was very thorough & knowledgeable. Only thing that could have been bc an issue but wasn’t, is that I was told he’d be there after 12 noon. Likely between 1-3pm. Instead he called me at 0830 saying he was 30 min away. Luckily the timing worked, but it was accidental that it did. He said I was on his schedule for 10-12.
